تدوین مدل علی استفاده مشکل‌زا از موبایل بر اساس خود-نظم‌جویی و اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی با میانجی‌گری آمادگی برای بی‌حوصلگی

چکیده

هدف: استفاده مشکل‌زا از تلفن‌همراه در حوزه اجتماعی نیز مشکلاتی را به وجـود آورده اسـت. هدف این پژوهش تدوین مدل علی استفاده مشکل‌زا از موبایل بر اساس خودنظم‌جویی و اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی با میانجی‌گری آمادگی برای بی‌حوصلگی بود.
روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، در حوزه طرح‌های توصیفی - همبستگی و روش تحلیل از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه کوثر بجنورد به تعداد 2200 در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود که حجم نمونه بر اساس حداقل آزمودنی مورد نیاز به ازای متغیرهای آشکار در مدل، تعداد 327 نفر بود. در این پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه مقیاس استفاده آسیب‌زا از تلفن‌همراه جنارو (2007)، پرسشنامه خودنظم‌جویی تحصیلی بوفارد (1998)، پرسشنامه اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی راث‌بلوم (2013) و پرسشنامه آمادگی برای بی‌حوصلگی فالمن و همکاران (2013) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و Amos صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که استفاده آسیب‌زا از موبایل تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر آمادگی برای بی‌حوصلگی دارد (05/0>P). استفاده آسیب‌زا از موبایل تأثیر معناداری بر خودنظم‌جویی تحصیلی و اهمال‌کاری ندارد (05/0<P). آمادگی برای بی‌حوصلگی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر اهمال‌کاری و تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر خود نظم جویی دارد (05/0>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شاخص‌ها و ضرایب به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مدل پیشنهادی برای پیش‌بینی استفاده مشکل‌زا از موبایل مناسب بوده و داده‌ها با مدل پژوهش برازش مناسبی داشته است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The problematic use of mobile phones has also created problems in the social sphere. The purpose of this research was to develop a causal model of problematic mobile phone use based on self-regulation and academic procrastination with the mediation of readiness for boredom.
Method: In terms of practical purpose, the research was in the field of descriptive-correlation designs and the analysis method was structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all undergraduate female students of Kosar Bojnord University, numbering 2200 in the academic year 2021-2022, and the sample size was 327 people based on the minimum number of subjects required for the obvious variables in the model. In this research, Gennaro's (2007) harmful use of mobile phone questionnaire, Bouffard's academic self-regulation questionnaire (1998), Roth Bloom's academic procrastination questionnaire (2013) and Falman et al.'s (2013) readiness questionnaire were used to collect information. Data analysis was done by structural equation modeling method and using SPSS and Amos software.
Findings: The findings showed that the harmful use of mobile phones has a positive and significant effect on the readiness for boredom (P<0.05). Harmful use of mobile phones has no significant effect on academic self-regulation and procrastination (P<0.05). Preparation for boredom has a positive and significant effect on procrastination and a negative and significant effect on self-discipline (P<0.05).
Conclusion: According to the obtained indices and coefficients, it can be concluded that the proposed model is suitable for predicting the problematic use of mobile phones and the data have a good fit with the research model.
