تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر الگوی تدریس بایبی بر راهبردهای انگیزشی برای یادگیری در زیستشناسی

چکیده

هدف: راهبردهای انگیزشی برای یادگیری شامل دو مؤلفه باورهای انگیزشی و راهبردهای یادگیری بر پایه نظریه یادگیری خودتنظیمی پینتریچ و همکاران (1991) است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر الگوی تدریس بایبی بر راهبرد‌های انگیزشی برای یادگیری - دانش‌آموزان پسر پایه یازدهم شهر اصفهان در درس زیست‌شناسی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل نابرابر بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر پایه یازدهم تجربی شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 30 دانش‌آموز پسر پایه یازدهم رشته تجربی بود. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انجام گرفت. با توجه به معیار‌های ورود و خروج پژوهش 30 نفر انتخاب شدند و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و گواه، قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد راهبرد‌های انگیزشی برای یادگیری پینتریچ و دی‌گروت (1990) استفاده شد. آموزش مبتنی بر الگوی تدریس بایبی برای گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 هفته پیاپی و در 16 جلسه 70 دقیقه‌ای اجرا شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش از طریق آمار توصیفی و آزمون کوواریانس، نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات راهبرد‌های انگیزشی برای یادگیری در مرحله پیش‌آزمون با پس‌آزمون تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (05/0>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان بیان کرد که اگر دانش‌آموزان آموزش مبتنی بر الگوی تدریس بایبی در زیست‌شناسی را تجربه کنند، انتظار می‌رود راهبرد‌های انگیزشی برای یادگیری آن‌ها در زیست‌شناسی ارتقا پیدا کند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Motivational strategies for learning are comprised of motivational beliefs and learning strategies, based on Pintrich and colleagues' (1991) self-regulated learning theory. The present study aimed to determine the effect of teaching based on the Bybee teaching model on motivational strategies for learning the biology of 11th-grade male students in Isfahan City.
Methods: This research was conducted in a semi-experimental format with a Pretest-Posttest design with an unequal group. The statistical population was included all male students of the 11th experimental grade of Isfahan city in the academic year of 2021-2022. The statistical sample of the research included 30 male students in the 11th grade of the experimental field. Sampling was done in a multi-stage cluster. According to the entry and exit criteria of the research, 30 people were selected and randomly placed into two experimental and control groups with 15 people each. The data was collected using Pintrich and DeGroot's (1990) standard questionnaire for motivational strategies in learning. The experimental group underwent an 8-week training program using Bybee's teaching model, which consisted of 16 sessions lasting 70 minutes each.
Results: The analysis of research findings through descriptive statistics and covariance test showed a significant difference between the mean scores of motivational strategies for learning in the pre-test and post-test stages (p<0.05).
Conclusions: The findings of the study stated that if the students experience education based on the Bybee teaching model in biology, it could be expected that the motivational strategies for their learning in biology would be improved.
