بررسی ارتباط، استخراج گروه‌ها و تعیین بارهای کانونی الگوی ارتباطی استاد-دانشجو و مؤلفه‌های توسعه مهارت‌های فکری و عملی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط کانونی رابطه استاد-دانشجو و توسعه مهارت‌های فکری و عملی دانشجویان و استخراج گروه‌های کانونی و همچنین تعیین بارهای کانونی رابطه استاد دانشجو و مؤلفه‌های توسعه مهارت‌های فکری و عملی دانشجویان انجام شده است.
روش: تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی 386 نفر از دانشجویان به‌طور تصادفی جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد رابطه استاد-دانشجو و توسعه مهارت‌های فکری و عملی استفاده شد. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی کانونی در نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS 25 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه بین مؤلفه‌های استاد-دانشجو با مهارت‌های فکری و عملی دانشجویان مثبت و معنی‌دار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: در نتیجه از عوامل اثرگذار بر مهارت‌های فکری و عملی دانشجویان می‌تواند ویژگی رابطه بین استاد و دانشجو باشد به‌نحوی‌که شاخص افزونگی برابر با 59 است که نشان‌دهنده مقدار تبیین واریانس آن بر اساس مؤلفه‌های رابطه استاد دانشجو قابل تبیین است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the Canonical correlation between the teacher-student relationship and the development of intellectual and practical skills in students.
Methods: The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all undergraduate students of Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamedan. Using random cluster sampling, 386 students were randomly selected for study to collect research data from two standard questionnaires of teacher-student relationship and the development of intellectual and practical skills was used. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25 statistical software.
Results: The results showed that the relationship between teacher-student components with practical and intellectual skills students is positive and significant.
Conclusions: As a result, one of the factors affecting students' intellectual and practical skills can be the characteristics of the relationship between the professor and the student, so that the redundancy index is equal to 59, which indicates the amount of variance explained based on the components of the teacher-student relationship.
