اثربخشی تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و سازگاری آموزشی کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی تاب­‌آوری روان­شناختی بر بهزیستی روان­شناختی و سازگاری آموزشی کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌­ای بود.
روش: طرح پژوهشی نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌­آزمون – پس­‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کودکان 12-9 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌­ای در سال 1402 شهر ارومیه بود. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر (15 نفر گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر گروه گواه) از جامعه آماری به شیوه نمونه­‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و در دو گروه گواه و آزمایش جای‌دهی شدند.  برای گروه آزمایشی، مداخله تاب‌­آوری روان­شناختی اجرا شد در حالی‌که گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس بهزیستی کودکان استرلینگ و پرسشنامه سازگاری آموزشی بود. داده‌­ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­‌گیری مکرر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میزان  Fاثر تعامل مراحل و گروه برای متغیرهای بهزیستی روانشناختی (31.284) و سازگاری آموزشی (19.048) معنی­دار است (p<0.001). همچنین تفاوت بین نمرات بهزیستی روان­شناختی و سازگاری آموزشی در مراحل پیش­‌آزمون و پس‌­آزمون و همچنین پیش‌­آزمون و پیگیری معنی­‌دار است (p<0.01).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌­های این پژوهش اطلاعات مفیدی را در ارتباط با مداخله تاب‌­آوری روان­شناختی فراهم می­‌کند و مشاوران و روان­‌شناسان می­‌توانند برای بهبود بهزیستی روان­شناختی و سازگاری آموزشی کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله­‌ای از این مداخله استفاده نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this research was the effectiveness of psychological resilience on psychological well-being and educational adaptation of children with oppositional defiant disorder.
Methods: It was a semi-experimental research design of pre-test-post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of this study included all children aged 9-12 years with oppositional defiant disorder in Urmia city in 2023. The sample size includes 30 subjects (15 subject in the experimental group and 15 subject in the control group) from the statistical population were selected by available sampling method and they were placed in two control and experimental groups. For the experimental group, psychological resilience intervention was implemented, while the control group did not receive training. The research tools included the Sterling Children's Well-Being Scale and Educational Adaptation Questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the analysis of variance test with repeated measurements.
Results: The results showed that the F level of the interaction effect of stages and group was significant for the variables of psychological well-being (31.284) and educational adaptation (19.048) (P<0.001). Also, is significant the difference between the scores of psychological well-being and educational adaptation in the pre-test and post-test stages and as well as pre-test and follow-up.
Conclusions: The findings of this research provide useful information regarding the psychological resilience intervention and counselors and psychologists can use this intervention to improve the psychological well-being and educational adaptation of children with oppositional defiant disorder.
