نقش واسطهای باورهای فراشناختی در رابطه بین جهتگیری هدف و اضطراب امتحان دانشجویان
هدف: هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهای باورهای فراشناختی در رابطه بین جهتگیری هدف و اضطراب امتحان دانشجویان بود. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور اقلید (استان فارس) در سال 93-92 بود که افراد نمونه به تعداد 160 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده برگزیده شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامههای باورهای فراشناختی، جهتگیری هدف و اضطراب امتحان بود. دادهها با ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان با استفاده از الگوی بارون و کنی (1986) با استفاده از نرمافزار Spss19 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که جهتگیری عملکرد گرایشی و عملکرد گریزی بهصورت مستقیم قدرت پیشبینی اضطراب امتحان را دارند، همچنین جهتگیری هدفی بهطور مستقیم قدرت پیشبینی باورهای فراشناختی را دارند ازجمله جهتگیری عملکرد گرایشی بر باورهای منفی، اعتماد شناختی و آگاهی شناختی و بلاتکلیفی بر کنترل افکار. نتیجهگیری: با تقویت جهتگیری تسلطی و یادگیری که وابسته به راهبردهای شناختی و فراشناختی هستند میتوان اضطراب امتحان در دانشجویان را کاهش داد.

رابطه ساختاری خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و باورهای معرفتشناختی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان: نقش میانجی مهارتهای مطالعه
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ساختاری خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و باورهای معرفتشناختی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان با نقش میانجی مهارتهای مطالعه انجام گرفت. روش: روش اجرای این پژوهش توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و طرح پژوهش، همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. کلیه دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه اول شهر ارومیه در سال تحصیلی 95-94 جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل میدادند. روش نمونهگیری، تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای بود و برای تعیین حجم نمونه، برای هر زیرمتغیر 20 نمونه در نظر گرفته شد و در کل 350 نفر بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از مقیاس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی پاتریک، هیکس و رایان (1997)، مقیاس باورهای معرفتشناختی شومر (1991)، مقیاس مهارتهای مطالعه کانگاس (2009) و برای سنجش عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان از میانگین نمرات دانشآموزان در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 95-94 استفاده شد. در مطالعه حاضر، بهمنظور آزمون روابط ساختاری بین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، باورهای معرفتشناختی، مهارتهای مطالعه و عملکرد تحصیلی از روش آماری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، باورهای معرفتشناختی و مهارتهای مطالعه تأثیر مستقیم بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان میگذارند و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی با واسطه مهارتهای مطالعه، تأثیر غیرمستقیم بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان میگذارند. همچنین در این پژوهش تأثیر غیرمستقیم باورهای معرفتشناختی بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان تآیید نشد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر از نقش میانجی مهارتهای مطالعه در رابطه ساختاری خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و باورهای معرفتشناختی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان حمایت میکند.

تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای مطلوب اجتماعی مبتنی بر برنامه گروهبندی مهارت بر شایستگی اجتماعی دانشآموزان پسر پرخاشگر*
هدف: پرخاشگری اختلال شایعی است که برای کودکان، خانوادهها و مدارس مشکلات عمدهای ایجاد کرده است. لذا، هدف این پژوهش، تعیین تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای مطلوب اجتماعی مبتنی بر برنامه گروهبندی مهارت بر شایستگی اجتماعی دانشآموزانپسرپرخاشگر بود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی میدانی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشآموزان پسر کلاسهای پنجم و ششم دوره ابتدایی شهر اهواز که در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 به تحصیل اشتغال داشتند، بود که از این جامعه تعداد 41 دانشآموز (21 نفر گروه آزمایشی و 20 نفر گروه گواه) به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای خوشهای انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی به گروه آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. هر دو گروه، مقیاس شایستگی اجتماعی را بهعنوان پیشآزمون، تکمیل کردند. سپس، به گروه آزمایشی مهارتهای مطلوب اجتماعی طی 17 جلسه آموزش داده شد. پس از پایان دوره آموزشی از دو گروه پسآزمون و بعد از شش هفته، پیگیری، به عمل آمد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای مطلوب اجتماعی باعث افزایش شایستگی اجتماعی در دانشآموزان پرخاشگر میشود (05/0P<). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای مطلوب اجتماعی بر شایستگی اجتماعی پس از 6 هفته، همچنان اثر دارد (05/0P<). نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر میتوان گفت که آموزش برنامه گروهبندی مهارت میتواند در افزایش شایستگی اجتماعی و در نتیجه ارتقای سطح سازگاری و کیفیت زندگی کودکان پرخاشگر مؤثر باشد.

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر انجام فراتحلیل بر روی تحقیقاتی بود که به روش آزمایشی یا نیمه آزمایشی به بررسی تأثیر آموزش نقشه مفهومی بر شاخصهای پیشرفت تحصیلی (شناختی، فراشناختی و عاطفی) پرداخته بودند. روش: فراتحلیل بر روی 28 تحقیق انجام شد که از این تحقیقات تعداد 90 اندازه اثر به دست آمد. این تحقیقات در فصلنامه ها و مجلات علمی - پژوهشی کشور و پایگاههای اطلاعرسانی جهاد دانشگاهی کشور، مرکز تحقیقات کامپیوتری علوم اسلامی، سایت خصوصی بانک مجلات ایران و سیویلیکا به چاپ رسیدهاند. یافتهها: بعد از بررسی ملاکهای ورود و خروج، یافتههای کمی پژوهشهای منتخب با نرمافزارهای CMA ویرایش 2 و SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج فراتحلیل نشان داد که آموزش نقشه مفهومی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر شاخصهای پیشرفت تحصیلی یادگیرندگان دارد و اندازه اثر ترکیبی 72/. به دست آمد که بر طبق ملاک کوهن اندازه بزرگی است. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که ساخت نقشه مفهومی توسط خود یادگیرندگان از نقشههای محقق ساخته دارای اندازه اثر بزرگتری است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه بهاندازه اثر بهدستآمده به مسئولان آموزش توصیه میشود جهت افزایش پیشرفت تحصیلی یادگیرندگان، آموزش نقشه مفهومی را در ردههای مدارس و دانشگاهها عملی کنند.

رابطه باورهای هوشی و بهزیستی مدرسه: نقش واسطهای امید
هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطهای هیجان امید در رابطه باورهای هوشی و بهزیستی مدرسه در قالب یک مدل علی بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری تمامی دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه دوم شهرستان لردگان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به تعداد 3008 نفر بود که با روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای تعداد 456 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای نظریه تلویحی هوش (عبدالفتاح و یتس، 2006)، خرده مقیاس هیجان امید (پکران، گوئتز، تیتز و پری، 2005) و مقیاس بهزیستی مدرسه (کاپلان و ماهر، 1999) استفاده شد. مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش با روش تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرمافزارAMOS آزمون شد. یافتهها: یافتهها نشانگر اثر مستقیم باور هوشی افزایشی و ذاتی بر بهزیستی مدرسه بود. همچنین، هیجان امید اثر مستقیم بر بهزیستی مدرسه نشان داد. علاوه بر این، نتایج آزمون بوت استراپ حاکی از نقش واسطهای هیجان امید در رابطه بین باور هوشی افزایشی و بهزیستی مدرسه بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر اهمیت نقش هیجان امید مبتنی بر باور هوشی افزایشی در بهزیستی مدرسه است.

تأثیر خودگویی بر خودکارآمدی و انگیزش تحصیلی
هدف: خودگویی نقش مهمی را در رابطهی بین حوادث و هیجانات بازی میکند. خودگویی بهعنوان گفتگویی درونی تعریف میشود که ممکن است با صدای بلند و یا آهسته و بیصدا صورت گیرد و از طریق آن، فرد افکار و احساسات خود را تفسیر کرده، ارزیابیها و اعتقادات خود را تغییر میدهد، به خود آموزش میدهد یا خود را تقویت میکند. هدف پژوهش، تعیین تأثیر خودگویی بر خودکارآمدی و انگیزش تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر پیشدانشگاهی بود. روش: جامعهی آماری شامل کلیة دانشآموزان پیشدانشگاهی است که در سال تحصیلی 1395-1394 در شهر مهاباد مشغول به تحصیل میباشند. به کمک روش نمونهگیری داوطلبانه، 45 نفر داوطلب شرکت در پژوهش شدند و از طریق جایگزینی تصادفی، 22 نفر بهعنوان گروه آزمایش و 23 نفر بهعنوان گروه کنترل تعیین شدند. طرح با گروه کنترل نابرابر بود. قبل از اجرای آموزش پیشآزمون به عمل آمد و دانشآموزان گروه آزمایش بهمدت 10 جلسه آموزش خودگویی دریافت کردند؛ در پایان آموزش، پسآزمون به عمل آمد. ابزارهای اندازهگیری عبارت بودند از پرسشنامهی انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر و آزمون خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر. یافتهها: دادهها به کمک کوواریانس چند متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی بن فرونی تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که خودگویی بر افزایش خودکارآمدی (01/0)، انگیزش بیرونی (05/0) و انگیزش درونی (01/0) دانشآموزان بهطور معناداری مؤثر بوده است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها میتوان گفت برای افزایش خودکارآمدی و انگیزش تحصیلی، میتوان از خودگویی مثبت استفاده کرد.کلیدواژگان: خودکارآمدی ، انگیزش تحصیلی، انگیزش درونی، انگیزش بیرونی

تدوین مدل سرزندگی تحصیلی براساس خشنودی از نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی، جهتگیری انگیزشی، یادگیری خودراهبر
هدف: هدف این پژوهش تدوین مدل سرزندگی تحصیلی براساس خشنودی از نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی، جهتگیری انگیزشی، یادگیری خودراهبر بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را همه دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه دوم سطح شهر کامیاران تشکیل میدادند که در سال تحصیلی 1396 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از این جامعه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای، 501 نفر از دانشآموزان انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامههای نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی لاگاردیا و همکاران (2000)، جهتگیری انگیزشی والرند و همکاران (1992)، یادگیری خودراهبر فیشر و همکاران (2001) و سرزندگی تحصیلی دهقانیزاده و حسینچاری (1391) بهعنوان ابزارهای سنجش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل دادهها با دو نرمافزار SPSS و LISREL انجام شد. یافتهها: یافتهها بیانگر تأثیر مستقیم و معنادار نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی، جهتگیری انگیزشی، یادگیری خودراهبر بر سرزندگی تحصیلی بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که خشنودی از نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی، جهتگیری انگیزشی و یادگیری خودراهبر میتواند پیشبین مناسبی برای سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان باشد؛ بنابراین، با افزایش این سه متغیر میتوان سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان را نیز افزایش داد.

الگوی ساختاری تعللورزی تحصیلی براساس جهتگیری هدف و سبکهای اسنادی: با نقش میانجی انگیزه تحصیلی
هدف: هدف پژوهش تدوین الگوی ساختاری تعللورزی تحصیلی براساس جهتگیری هدف و سبکهای اسنادی باواسطه انگیزه تحصیلی دانشآموزان بود. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه دوم شهر بجنورد در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی از هر کدام از مناطق شمالی، جنوبی، غربی و شرقی شش دبیرستان دخترانه و پسرانه و از هر دبیرستان سه کلاس انتخاب شدند. نمونه شامل 400 نفر (171 پسر و 231 دختر) بود. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای تعللورزی تحصیلی سولومون و راث بلوم (1984)، 2. پرسشنامهی جهتگیری هدف الیوت و مک گریگور (2001)؛ پرسشنامه اسنادهای علی کودکان و نوجوانان پیترسون و سلیگمن (1982) و پرسشنامه انگیزه تحصیلی هارتر (۱۹۸۱، ۱۹۸۰) جمعآوری شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که الگوی پیشنهادی برازنده دادهها است. برازش الگو نشان میدهد که ضرایب مسیر مستقیم منتهی به انگیزش شامل جهتگیری تسلط گرایشی، عملکرد اجتنابی و سبک اسناد منفی و ضریب مسیر مستقیم انگیزش تحصیلی به تعللورزی تحصیلی در سطح آلفای 05/0 معنادارند. همچنین تمامی اثرات غیرمستقیم مدل معنادارند. اندازه معناداری برای اثرات غیرمستقیم مدل نشان داد که تمامی این اثرات در سطح آلفای 05/0 معنادارند. نتیجهگیری: توجه به نقش مستقیم هدف تسلط گرایشی در کاهش تعللورزی سیاستگذاری آموزشی در این زمینه باید با تأکید بر مهارتآموزی و تبحر بر موضوعات آموزشی بهجای ایجاد اضطراب در بین دانشآموزان و فضای رقابتی ناسالم باشد. همچنین آموزش شیوههای غلبه بر سبکهای اسنادی بدبینانه موجب افزایش انگیزه تحصیلی و بهتبع آن کاهش تعللورزی تحصیلی میشود.

نقش و جایگاه انگیزه تحصیلی درونی و بیرونی و درگیری تحصیلی در پیشبینی اضطراب امتحان دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه
هدف: اضطراب امتحان یک سازه مهم و تأثیرگذار در سرنوشت تحصیلی دانشآموزان است که بررسی عوامل مرتبط با آن همواره موردتوجه روانشناسان تربیتی بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه اضطراب امتحان باانگیزه تحصیلی درونی و بیرونی و درگیری تحصیلی در بین دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر همدان است. روش: با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 346 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار اندازهگیری پرسشنامه انگیزه تحصیلی هارتر (1981)؛ پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان ساراسون (1984) و پرسشنامه درگیری تحصیلی زرنگ (2012) بود، تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه (به شیوه گامبهگام) انجام شد. یافتهها: براساس یافتههای پژوهش ارتباط میان انگیزه تحصیلی درونی و اضطراب امتحان مثبت و معنادار، انگیزه تحصیلی بیرونی و اضطراب امتحان منفی و معنادار و ارتباط میان درگیری تحصیلی و اضطراب امتحان نیز مثبت و معنادار است، همچنین براساس یافتههای پژوهش اضطراب امتحان را میتوان با استفاده از فرمول y=35.916 -0.134x1+0.45x2+0.03x3 براساس متغیرهای، انگیزه درونی و بیرونی و اضطراب امتحان بهصورت معنادار و با ضریب تعیین 0.115 پیشبینی نمود. نتیجهگیری: براساس این نتایج توجه به نقش متقابل انگیزه و درگیری تحصیلی و اضطراب امتحان در دانشآموزان میتواند عملکرد تحصیلی آنان را بهبود بخشد.

تأثیر آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی بر کمک طلبی و تعللورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان مشروطی
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی بر کمک طلبی و تعللورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان مشروطی دانشگاه یاسوج انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش آزمایشی با پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. در راستای هدف پژوهش از جامعه دانشجویان مشروطی دانشگاه یاسوج، 40 دانشجو با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در مرحله بعد بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه متشکل از گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و گروه کنترل (20 نفر) اختصاص یافتند. گروه آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه آموزش راهبردهای فراشناختی قرار گرفت. فرایند جمعآوری دادهها در مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با مقیاس کمک طلبی ریان و پینتریچ (۱۹۹۷) و مقیاس تعللورزی تحصیلی سواری (1390) برای همه شرکتکنندگان در دو گروه انجام گرفت. دادههای جمعآوریشده با تحلیل کوواریانس توسط نرمافزار SPSS-21 انجام گرفت. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که بین کمک طلبی و تعللورزی تحصیلی گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0>P). نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که راهبردهای فراشناختی یک برنامه آموزش مؤثر برای افزایش کمک طلبی و کاهش تعللورزی تحصیلی میان دانشجویان مشروطی است و این مداخله آموزشی با اصلاح عقاید زیربنایی دانشجویان نقش مؤثری در بهبود کمک طلبی و کاهش تعللورزی تحصیلی آنها دارد.

اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای شناختی و فراشناختی بر حل مسئله، حافظه عددی و خودکارآمدی ریاضی دانشآموزان
هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای شناختی- فراشناختی بر حل مسئله، حافظه عددی و خود کارآمدی ریاضی دانش آموزان بود. روش: روش پژوهش مطالعـه حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و گــروه کنترل بود. جـامعه آماری را کلیه دانشآموزان دختر ششم ابتدایی ناحیه یک شهر ارومیه در سال تحصیلی 1394-1395 تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای تعداد ۶۰ نفر انتخاب و بهصورت کاملاً تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش (30 نفر) و کنترل (30 نفر) قرار گرفتند؛ و به پرسشنامه خود کارآمدی ریاضی، آزمون برج لندن و حافظه عددی وکسلر پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش ۱۰ جلسه تحت آموزش راهبردهای شناختی- فراشناختی قرار گرفت. دادههای حاصل با روشهای آماری شاپیرو- ویلک، باکس، لوین و تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: میانگین گروههای آزمایش و کنترل در حل مسئله (69/44=F، 001/0=P)، حافظه عددی (44/12=F، 001/0=P) و خودکارآمدی (88/8=F، 001/0=P)، تفاوت معنیداری دارند. نتیجهگیری: دانشآموزانی که راهبردهای شناختی و فراشناختی را دریافت کردهاند، در حل مسئله، حافظه عددی و خودکارآمدی ریاضی پیشرفت نشان دادند.

نقش ثبات قدم و هوش در پیشبینی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان
هدف: اینپژوهش با هدف تعیین نقش ثبات قدم و ابعاد آن و هوش در پیشبینی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 5200 نفر از دانشجویان سال دوم به بعد دوره کارشناسی سایت مرکزی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان بودند که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای تعداد 379 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار: پرسشنامه 12 سؤالی ثبات قدم داکورث (2007) و مقیاس سه هوش نابسته به فرهنگ کتل (1940) بودند. پایایی پرسشنامه ثبات قدم در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 836/0 محاسبه گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که ثبات قدم و هوش هردو باهم میتوانند به میزان 26% تغییر در پیشرفت تحصیلی را پیشبینی کنند. ثبات قدم 43% و هوش 18% توان پیشبینی پیشرفت تحصیلی را دارد. قدرت پیشبینی ابعاد ثبات قدم به این شرح بود: ثبات در علاقه 32% و پشتکار در تلاش 24%. ثبات قدم به میزان 48/0 و هوش 31/0 با پیشرفت تحصیلی رابطه دارد. همبستگی ابعاد ثبات قدم با پیشرفت تحصیلی به این شرح بود: ثبات در علاقه 44/0 و پشتکار در تلاش 39/0. نتیجهگیری: از این پژوهش نتیجه گرفته میشود که ثبات قدم عامل فردی مؤثرتری نسبت هوش در پیشرفت تحصیلی است که این میتواند بهعنوان چشمانداز آموزشی جدید ضرورت نیاز به توجه بیشتر مسئولان آموزشی را به ثبات قدم یادگیرندگان نشان دهد.
