پیش‌بینی ثبات قدم دانشجویان بر اساس چارچوب ذهنی

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش باهدف بررسی این مسأله که سهم چارچوب ذهنی تحولی در پیش‌بینی ثبات قدم بیشتر از چارچوب ذهنی تثبیت‌شده است، انجام‌گرفته است.
روش: پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری دانشجویان کارشناسی سال آخر دانشگاه بوعلی سینا (94-93) منظور شده بود که تعداد 302 نفر از آن‌ها به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسش‌نامه ثبات قدم داکوورث (2007) و چارچوب ذهنی کارول دوئک (2007) بود.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که از میان دو چارچوب ذهنی، چارچوب ذهنی تحولی توانست ثبات قدم را پیش‌بینی کند (P˂0.001) و لذا نقش چارچوب ذهنی تحولی معنی‌دار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: پس افراد با چارچوب ذهنی تحولی در پیگیری اهداف بلندمدت و هنگام مواجه با شکست ثبات قدم بیشتری را در به انجام رساندن اهداف نشان می‌دهند که اشخاص با چارچوب ذهنی تثبیت‌شده از آن محروم هستند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigating this hypothesis that share of growth mindset in predict the grit is more than fixed mindset.
Method: Method of research was correlation and statistical society in cludedall last year student under graduate (93-94) in wich number of 302 were selected using classing random sampling. Assesment tools consisted Duckworth Grit scale (2007) and Dweck Mindset scale (2007).
Results: The results of study confiremed above hypothesis. Results:Namely through of two mindset growth mindset could predict the grit (P˂0/001).
Conclusion: Means that people with growth mindset in following up of long term goals and in encountering whith failure showed more grit than others with fixed mindset that deprived of it.
